It will not be a $2000 kit. Think about it. Add the cost of injectors, IC, turbo, exhaust manifold, downpipe. That doesn't include all the misc hardware or the piping or the programming.

You need to buy the hahnracecraft kit if your looking for quality they know way more about the ecotec engines and they spend alot of r&d in there turbo kits. So my advice go with a hahn kit

Too bad the kit is designed and made by garrett. Hahn just adds tuning, injectors and portfueler.

here ya go

http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=COB
garrrett kit $2975 w/ optional gt 2871r

http://ottperformance.com/product_in...products_id=79
60lb injectors that plug straight into the stock harness. $200

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/c...7-p-53787.html
stage 3 clutch $700

Add in tuning and for a lil over 4k you have your self a set-up capable of over 350whp and a clutch that can handle it.

3k for the ZZP kit currently includes everything plus dyno tuning and install. Just show up with your car and 3k and leave ready to go. Once the kits are shipping, we'll redo the pricing and they will be under 3k but I can't say exactly how much yet.

Tranny cooler will help a lot. Keep the boost low because I don't think our trannys will take over 250 TQ reliably. They're built for up to 225, so I imagine they can take at least 250.

Get it rebuilt and the 4T45 can take anything you'll ever be able to throw at it. 400+ hp.

This is good news from ZZP, but I got a question. What kind of warranty is on this turbo?

theyre rated for 325tq, not 225. the 4t45 is a beast in stock form...but you'll still need a tranny cooler

Can you link to this? I want to believe this, but last time I looked at the specs It was rated under 225 TQ.

If anyone wants to clarify on this, please do.

Well, wikipedia is what has it rated for 205 ft/lbs of tq. My guestimation of 225 wasn't far off.

Good thing for us they're full of ****. I'm really happy I won't have to rebuild it...for now anyways.

I had actually never seen that GM site for the trannys, nice find.
