wow, they just bumped the power up to 387whp/345wtq!

The twin charge kit comes with 2 boost controllers. One adjusts the boost from the blower and the other the boost from the turbo. This allows adjustment for how fast the boost comes in. As you can see from the dyno charts, our test car can put down 200WHP at 3k rpm with nearly zero delay time. Nothing else comes close to the low end grunt you can dial in with the ZZP twin charged kit! Our dyno mule never saw under 300ft/lbs of torque from the moment we hit it through the end of the pull.

We made 387WHP with stock timing, 11.9 AF ratio and 60# injectors which were close to maxed at that point. If you wanted to add timing or run leaner 400WHP could be had, which we consider the limit of the 60# injectors. We will have larger injectors available as well as full pump solutions that allow higher numbers. We did confirm that there was no supply issue with the stock pump and these HP levels.

The twin charged kit uses an air/air intercooler bringing the high PSI air to manageable temperature levels. From there and with the blower free spinning, the stock intercooler chills the air again allowing higher boost on pump gas than any kit on the market. Our Cobalt is stock with our twin charge kit and catback added. It's making 387WHP on a very conservative tune.

More info is posted on our coming soon page. The chart above is with 21 and 22 psi. Torque difference is from playing with when the blower kicks out. We will probably be shipping kits at 16 psi, but they have a boost controller that goes to 34.
how much extra weight does this kit add to the front end of the vehicle?

If the cams/valves/springs allow for more air to flow then yes, if not then no.

cams wont give more flow...just higher rpm range(it could give more air ina sense) but the major way your going to see better airflow is to port the head and all that good stuff

The reason I didn't answer this is because I was too busy rofflecaking everywhere for hours.

Just dropping by the thread to see how things are developing--if I don't end up trading for an HHR (I have a 1 year old son to think about), I'm definitely getting this kit if I can find a good tuner in Utah who guarantees their work to tune for my altitude (4500ft). If I decide on the HHR though, I'll just return this car to stock and put it up for sale on here and eBay. Either way, can't wait to see the outcome of this kit!
