Cool, will do. Do you know If there are any track nights in the fall at the Drag out there, Would be interesting to see the differance in 1/4 mile times between Vegas and Phoenix.

 

I live 10 minutes from Firebird Raceway, which does drags every Friday. I believe there's a place in the north Valley that does it twice a week, too. The only time they don't do it is if there's some big event that weekend.

YES I started to topic again,

I Hit 160+ this past Saturday on Rt 684 going to Patterson, NY all you Motorcycle guys know where that is. It was about 6:00 in the morning and 40 degrees outside and I had plenty of Flat Straight Freshly Paved Road ahead of me. It didn't even hit redline. The speedometer was pinned and the car kept on moving. I still had 1500 RPM's to go when I started to slow down. The only Mods are and AEM Intake, NGK Sparkplugs, and a GMP Exhaust Manifold, Would have filmed it with my camera phone but didn't want to take my hands off the wheel. I was shitting myself, never went that fast before.

 

Ive hit 255, wont go any faster. I think I was about 5000k in 5th, I shifted into 5th at about 240 was maxed in 4th. Oh, and the car was very smooth, I was switching lanes.

 

Thats because our speedos are set to binary mode.

 

what rpm in 4th?? 7k? i can only do 218km/h in 4th, stock 6500 redline.
