22, half a dozen accidents(none in the last 3 years), **** ton of tickets. 100/mo in Cali. Was paying 65 in Iowa. And it's not just because it's an LT. They quoted me 107/mo on a Camaro SS.

 

God damn. I would ride my bike year round if I had to deal with that. Can't beat 13 bucks a month for my bike. No accidents here thankfully, But I did just put down over 200 to fix a speeding ticket. damn cops

here's a trick for you people with high insurance. Do what i do.

get a policy under your mom, dad, or both. i just use their address and tell em i live with em. my insurance on my cobalt, full coverage is 71$ a month.

i found out im paying 97$ a month for my 6 year old balt with no accidents and no tickets. thinking of changing from geico. had them for 10 years but im getting robbed.

and i passed 150k this morning. tho it doesnt matter as much id still say im top 5 in mileage.

 

state farm quoted me 413 a month. lol

 

$75/mon @ 33yrs old married, 1 ticket in the past 5 years. Dunno if my past history effects it anymore, I have at least 9 tickets and 1 accident since I started driving in '93. My insurance was ~$63/mon prior to my last ticket. I was paying $216/mon on my own policy when I was 18 driving a 4cyl '89 Camry.

 

When what happens?

 

I believe tickets stay on for a max 5 years. its usually 3 though. accidents stay for 7.

 

Im with geico on my parents insurance and im paying 290 a month for my 06 balt its ridiculous.

bad news guys...... the famous cobalt was vandalized terribly this weekend. my cousin ran it too low on fuel and it stalled. so he left it on side of a road out in the country at about 2am. (when the car gets near 1/8th tank, its been acting like its empty) he went back first thing in the morning around 7am and someone or several people smashed windows and beat the crap outta it. I havent seen it cuz i have been outta town a few days...thats why he had my car. it might be best i dont see it. rumors are that its totaled...but i will find out in the next day or two when insurance sees it. definitely not a hate crime cuz i have no haters... looks like some stupid people trying to ruin peoples good stuff. clearly the best looking car in that crap town it was in.
