Is the 2006 blue and the 2007 blue different. I thought it used to be Arrival Blue and now its Lazer Blue. Lazer Blue is purple as can be. Is there a different or do these people on here have **** cameras

 

yep...in 2006 they made the change...arrival blue was cut off earlish 2006 and laser blue took it's place. 2007 is now and only will be laser blue i believe.


and yeah, it has a hint of purple in it...

Just picked up a Laser Blue LT - definitely has some purple overtones in certain lighting, but bright blue from distance. Nice colour IMO.

 

yeah, it's color shifting paint... or so the dealership says! Turns from blue in direct sun, to purple in the shade! Hell yeah, the best color besides black (which is always beautiful)

i own a 2007 laser blue ss/sc and it has a hint of purple in the sun, but from far away still looks blue and it is def. a different color from the 06.

correct me if im wrong but laser blue was used in 2006, and arrival was cut out in 2005. if so then 2006 and 2007 should be the same

 

there are a few arrival 06's but not many.. a buddy that lives close to me managed to pick one up.. ****** beat me to it..

I was just messing with my buddy (the thread starter). I haven't gone to the strip yet, they're all closed for the winter. Most similarly modded Evo's usually run low 12's, hopefully I can hit that easily with my race gas tune and some 100 oct on a cool day. My goal is an 11.9 which is possible with perfect shifting and a few more small mods, but usually its about trap speed rather than ET with a n00b driver like me.

You know Acid... I know you aren't tryin' to call ME a ***!!! All I got to say is it's a lot better lookin' color than most other blues!!! Don't start a flame war here bud! Just kiddin'.... I bought the Laser blue because it was closer to the Electron Blue from Honda in 99-00, which I really liked!
