Powell Sway bar
Some kind of lowered suspension (maybe coilovers if I could find ones made for handling with some pretty decent low).
No need to bolt 400whp when the car can't put it down on the street and I don't drag it.

Intake exhaust tune. That should leave about 3-4k easy for a used 600.
In reality what would I do I am actually getting 4500 with taxes and overtime. I'm putting 4k on my payment only will owe 2700 then. So buy August ill be paid off!!! Unless I buy something else.
