Boost Gauge question???????????
Boost Gauge question???????????
How hard is it to swap the stock boost gauge with an aftermarket one. Im planning on putting in a triple a pillar pod with an AEM wideband uego, interceptor and replacing the stock boost gauge with a glowshift boost gauge.
easy to swap them but you might have the same issue im having right now...iiunno tho. I had a 140kpa gauge (20psi)....im hitting 130kpa (18psi) of boost....i changed to a 30psi gauge from the ss/tc cuz im installing a TVS....still have the m62 on and its saying im hitting 25psi. Computer doesnt know i swapped the gauges and its sending the needle to the same spot. So just make sure its the same measurements
Yes you can take out your stock boost gauge, but you won't need the wiring for it, you will be supplied with everything when you get the new gauge.
I made this lastnight. It's super easy. Power the gauge, and tap into the boost line with a T fitting.
