Changed S/C Bolts & Corrected Ingalls Nut Width
A few months ago I noticed that my supercharger pulley bolts were rusting like crazy. Damn things. I had bought them at Home Depot. They were black and matched the S/C pulley perfectly. Oh well. I ordered in some Stainless Steel bolts to replace them. Nothing fancy... they aren't polished or anything... yet. But they look a lot better than the old rusted ones. Now I just need to figure out how to polish up the supercharger rod that the Stage 2 Hub is on... cause it's rusted too. Damn thing! That and a nice polished Pulley & S/C body would look nice!
While under the hood, I went ahead and fixed my Ingall's TD. The How-To on this site says to use the Rubber washers... NO. Not supposed to. SO I disposed of those and corrected the width on my TD. Haha... I don't know what happened... but it looked like this thing was set at like 16-20mm. When I first got it... I had only had the car for about a month... and knew nothing. I just slapped it on there. SO I went out tonight and tightened that gebroni down. I think I got her right around 10mm... so I should be good now. That and the Tranny Mounts should serve me well! Here's some pics of the new bolts:

And when i ordered the Bolts at work... I had to order 16. SO I have 12 extra, so if anyone wants a set of 4. Let me know... we can work something out. They are 6mm Allen Head bolts... make great replacements for the stock Stage 2 bolts!

Step Three, First Sentence... DO NOT use the supplied washers. Mine didn't come with any washers... only O-Rings. So I naturally assume that's what they mean. Plus, in the pictures they provide, I do not see the O-rings.
I could be wrong, but over the months, I've seen & heard of a lot of members not using the o-rings. And I must admit, it does seem better with out the o-rings. I use to hear a clicking sound when I shifted, coming from the TD, when I had the o-rings on. Now there is no clicking.
