Coupe back seat room

Hey guys, I am planning on buying a new car in 06. I am just wondering how much room is there in the back of a cobalt coupe. I have a camaro now and the back seat room sux. Everytime me and the guys wanna go somewhere I can't drive 'cus no one wants to cram in the back. It doesn't matter how kewl your car is if it is setting in the driveway.

I was planning on buying a SS Sedan, for the four doors, but I don't think I would like the grey leather interior.

I'm about 6'1", 170lbs and I had to contort my legs to get back there. It's a compact coupe; the back seats are for children or short chicks only. A tall person like me CAN fit back there but it's a pain in the ass to get back there and you won't wanna stay back there for long.

That is what I thought. I will probably end up going with the Mazda 3. Their four doors come with black leather interior. Besides if I went with a coupe model I would probably go with an RSX. It has totally SAWEEET interior!

The main thing to note is...
If anyone sits in the passenger side rear seat, keep your feet far back because when the front passenger gets in and moves the seat back (moves very easy), the top of your feet will get painfully crushed.

I did a trip of 3000KM with my Cobalt SS/SC with 3 of my friends..

2 of them are big, 6 feet, and, maybe 260lbs... they were sitting in the back seats!! ..But they said that is was confortable and very surprising!!

At 5'10" I have to lean sideways or look at the floor in back.

Good for very short trips only.

Probably need about 2" more headroom to be comfortable.

If space is what you're looking for, get a sedan..
If looks are what you're going for, get a coupe..

My boyfriend is 6'2" and he has to sit sideways just to fit back there at all and it's definitely not comfortable. Being the little girl that I am, I should take the backseat and let him drive, but...nahh!
