Low miles do help with resale, esp to someone who really wants it. Like me personally, I'm willing
to pay more than what the car usually goes for when it is low mileage/been well cared for. I believe these cars will be worth something one day. Obviously not as much as say a camaro ss or srt8 challenger but more like how many people are willing to pay decent money for a gremlin in good shape. Of course this is all IMO.

one to hold onto indefinitely. My dad has told me too many horror stories of getting rid of gems that at the time weren't worth anything but now are. I plan on giving the car to my son(if i have one) one day.

The SS/SC & SS/TC were a unique sport compact with great performance. Not to mention, they werent made all that long.
I'm not saying it will be worth what the GTO's, vettes, camaros, chevelles & such are worth, but it will be some what of a collectors car one day.

I always talked about how awesome a panel hhr with the lnf drivetrain would be.
My dad had even called gm and they said they wouldnt build one like that. But then I saw one on here a few weeks ago that "came like that from the factory".
Too bad it was red. It would need to be white without the SS bumpers. Just the base ass white panel with a big turbo LNF, and some fake plumbing company decal on the side.
Hell, if my car ever gets sideblasted or asspacked, I might consider swapping my drivetrain into a panel hhr . either that or a convertible sunfire. #sleeper status
