I just finished with the first rounds of mods for my balt. These are the low dollar mods, right now i'm saving for rims and tires before i do anything more. I'm still working on the interior...

so far:
painted headlights
blacked out emblems
side vinyl removed
custom intake (basically just got rid of all that plastic crap in the intake system, the silencer and whatever that big thing that covered the engine was, i replaced it with the intake system from spector performance and am still utilizing the stock airbox, i also threw in a K&N air filter and this whole setup feels and sounds great!)
Painted the valve cover (Chevy orange #200, just for a little dress-up)
