Fuel Injectors
Fuel Injectors
OK, im a total newb here so let me intro myslef real qwik, im mike, i drive an aveo ls(which is soon to be boosted).-dont flame. anyways, the reasons i am on this forum is one, someone reccomended me and 2 i need info about the stage 1 cobalt injectors. i will be needing some injectors that will have high enough flow for the aveo so it wont lean out. i know that the stage 2 injectors from the factory are rated for 60lbs/hr. thats a lil excessive for what i need so my first question is, what is the flow rate for the stage one injectors and the flow for a regular stock non ss cobalt. i DID use the SEARCH button and tried lookin around on the forum but could not find the info i need. thanks for any help you all can give me.
also if this is in the wrong spot could a moderator please move it for me-thanx!
and again do not flame the aveo or my project in general XD

stock 2.0l supercharged injectors are 34lb/hr and will support around 200hp. stage 1 and 2 injectors are 42.5lb/hr and shoulc be good to 250-260hp people from there upgrade to 60lb/hr, but thats overkill for your car. check out this calculator to help figure out what you are going to need

there are some companies that make their own stage kits, and several of them are rather agressive kits that are reffered to as stage 2, they come with fairly small pullys and 60lb injectors. dont confuse these kits with the GMPP stage 2 kit.
