Fuel problems (I think)
Check engine light came on before I filled my tank up, After I pumped gas into it, I tried turning my car on, but it wouldnt start, It took me 5 attempts to get the car started, The fuel pump is still working cus it was pumping fuel, but im not sure if my fuel filter was clogged or if my injectors need to be cleaned. Also, just noticed today that im only making 7 lbs of boost instead of 15. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Sounds like a problem with the EVAP System. Common problem for cobalts there is a solenoid that goes bad and when it does, it doesn't expell the fumes and the system gets overwelmed with fumes of gas and runs like ****. Only way to know for sure is to read the CEL code.
