Its true! They void out the contract and refund your money with interest; all you have to do is ask.

Let us know how it goes.

If the dealer refused to change your oil, I could see your case. But if you never have asked them to change your oil, how are they not fufilling their contract. They can't impound your car to chage your oil...

So why did you buy lifetime oil changes with no intention for the dealer to change your oil??? Seems like you wasted a lot of money, its not the dealers fault that you bought something that you have never used. What your asking is "if I never use a service that I paid for, can I get my money back?" The answer you will probably going to get is no...

yeah man i swear i member when i first bought my balt i was asking about the stage 2 upgrade from chevy they said they dont make such a thing. i bought it in sep of 07, one time my alternator went out and they blamed it on (get this) a wideband 02 gauge i had in there. this is the worst part my car stickered at $24,900 and by the time it was all said and done i owned 30k on the bitch. still owe 30k due to intrest rates and such and chevy hasnt fixed a damn thing that has broken i had to pay for it all. my friend also has a balt his data port quit working they charged him $82 bucks for a replaced fuse. there crooks down here man .

Srsly, unless you're a total nubcake, it's 30 minutes tops. After 3 years I've got mine down to about 25 minutes, if that.
