Question Help P 2187 Lean at Idle Code

Ok so i am having a problem with this P 2187 lean at idle code. It will trip the engine light on start up only, never while driving. Also this code wont come on every time i start my cobalt. I clear the code and it will come back on after like 5-10 start ups. Please help i cant figure out what this is from and my tune shop seems to be no help either.

Performance Mods: 08 TC with zzp upper and lower charge piping with MAF relocate, Injen cai, tial Q bov, zzp catless downpipe, dyno tuned via hp tuners 25psi of boost

The tune shop says that the code is accruing due to the tial Q but i already changed the spring to a much stronger one to hold the boost im running.
