Canada Horn Replacement

Does anyone know where the horn is mounted. I cannot find the damn thing
even with my wife honking it while I'm under car.

take off the drivers side headlight, and the bracket under it.... i have 4 air horns, lol highly reccomend it

it's behind the bumper mounted right below the drivers side headlight.. if you take the headlight out and the black mounting bracket it's right there

Just go pickup a cadillac horn or buick horn. They sound like trains....literally

haha you shouold have seen me looking for the horn... both front tires off and both wheel wells taken out, i was removing the bumper and saw it and was like your fking kidding me lol

jcwhitney my man... my dual horn under my bumper was like $30 i think and it is fking loud./... or for an easier application... look for this nautical horn or something its called....114Db and it looks like a normal horn but its like 2 wrapped together, very easy install

When doing the horn to a simple replacement is it just a matter of splicing wires? I kinda want to put in something less....well....stupid (to say the least)

I had an aaahhooooggggaa! horn on my jetta I'm thinking about putting it on myh cobalt. lol it used to get some crazy looks.

Same here, too embarassing. My damn exhaust is way louder than the horn, a couple revs get more attention than the horn.

Oh, and you can see the horn through the fender. I saw mine when I installed my intake, I was just hoping it didn't honk for some reason while I was taking out the bolts for the stock air box.

i might suggest something for you if you do get that aaaaaaoooooogggggaaa one. put a toggle switch inside you car so if a cop or you r inspection station(in 08 or 09) will fail you

Air Horns

I installed the same dual air horns that are in my Lotus Estrit. Made by FIAAM, you can by the kit at an auto supply store, the kit comes with 2 different length horns, an air pump and the relay and hoses. The retro fit was very easy and now it sounds like a european exotic.
