How do you tighten the E-Brake??

How do you tighten the E-Brake??
I want to tighten my E-break so I dont have to pull it all like 5-7 clicks up. I want it to be only like 2 or 3 clicks to be tight enough to hold the car. I have heard that others have done this and want to know how... Thanks Guys!
