Just want to know how long it took everyone to get there ss/sc? i just ordered a silver 07 a hope it won't be too long!!!!
Im in Canada but id like to hear from anyone.

 

Geez, Ive had mine for like 6 weeks now.

 

took me about 4 hours...it was sitting on the lot when i got there!

 

It took me a few months...but I pre-ordered before the 07s even went into production. Glad I did it, because I was able to get the recaros with my G85 package which are very difficult/not available to get on 07s.

 

Mine was less than 4 weeks in US. From order to delivery.

Let's see...I visit the dealer and looked at one on the lot on a tuesday, put a deposit down the next day, and picked it up that Saturday (on Memorial Day weekend no less). Most of the wait was for me to get my loans in order.

 

I ordered mine in Nov 2005 and picked it up Jan 2006. It was worth the wait.

 

I work at a Chevy dealership so I was able to track when my order actually got to the plant, when they actually built it, when they shipped it out, when it'll be in and I got it the exact date that the invoice originally stated. If you can somehow get a hold of the vin or oder number of your Cobalt, I'll be able to tell you roughly when it'll get here.

But in response to your question, I had ordered mine November 5 (my birthday present to myself) and it came in on January 10 - took delivery the next day.

 

Welll CobaltSSchick, i too work at a GM shop so i can track it but thanks. the sale's guy that i was dealing with told me to start checking in about a months time. realy its no big rush, with winter on the way, but i would like to know when its comming in. i ordered a 06 last year on july 23 and it wasn't built till april 06. well buy that time my other car kicked the bucket. so i was forced to buy somthing else and couldn't get the 06. i was just a bit pissed at GM for that one. but o well, now i get a lot more warranty out of them. and trust me, ill use it as much as i can

 

took me a week to decide to trade and 3 hours to get the car... )

lol like a few days i ordered it like friday and got her on monday lol b/c they shipped it over to my dealer from like new jersey
