I have a 2009 cobalt. Nothing change on it. I have a couple questions
1st. What's the first thing I can do to gain more hp and where can I buy it, please be specific with brand.

2nd. I want halo headlights. Where can I find installation instructions and which are the best ones without running out of money.

3rd. Bodykit which one is better brand and quality.?
