I want my colbolt back!

4 weeks ago my super charger blew up for some odd reason. Car is a 2005 with 14,000 miles on it. I bought the car about a month and a half ago used at a Kia Dealership for a good price, so I couldn't resit. 3.5- 4 weeks ago the car was hauled to the Kia dealership and then to Lafferty Chevrolet for parts and repair. About a 4 days later the parts came in and the car was set to be fixed. Lafferty then called up the Kia and myself, saying it was going to be $950 for installation (basically for all the trouble because I didn't buy the car there). Well when I got the final news from Kia I flipped because I paid for an extended warranty and those ******** from Lafferty still wanted to charge me. So later the following week Kia picked up the car and went down to a Chevrolet dealership in Quakertown who would take care of the problem no charge, like it should be. Since Lafferty is filled with a bunch of ******* they refused to give the parts to the other Chevrolet dealership, forcing them to order new ones. (can you believe that ****!) Well this place has been telling me the past 2 weeks the parts will be coming in any day now, until finally yesterday I got a call saying the parts came in, but not all of them. So of course I was pissed off, because it seems like these ***** had the car longer than I have but I told them fine and ended the conversation. Later that day Lafferty called me up asking how I drove the car, and if I was ******* it. I quickly answered telling the manager to go **** himself and will never buy, nor recommend anyone to his peice of **** dealership ever. So Monday will be 4 weeks now I don't have the car. I only had the car a month and a half and the first 2 weeks I bought the car it was in the shop because there was a hole in the exhaust pipe and it was sucking dirt into the engine. ( Yeah Kia forgot to find that little problem when they inspected it) So for a month and a half of ownership and 2 monthly payments, I have had the car a total for 3 weeks in my possession. Do I have a right to be pissed? Did they sell me a bad car on purpose and now are ******* me when ever they get the chance? WTF I just was my baby back!

make sure everything that happened that you have documented, try to document all the calls and times, and if they leave voicemails, keep them, can all help you out just in case that it goes down the court lane... seriously man, you have rights, dont let a company get away with that crap..

Dang...that sucks to hear.
But i can't believe a dealer would ever do that.
I mean..there losing service and pissing off a customer.

If you dont get your car back..get a lawyer..or say you'll be getting one..and then watch how fast your car comes home.

You should be able to get out of the payments, or to get that money back. My dad's car was in a crash and out for about 3 months and they ended up saying, ok and gave us 3 months back.

That is definantly a lie they told you your exhaust valves make shure the air flow into your engine only flows one way and it is not in through the exhaust. A hole in your exhaust would make it so the car loses performance and changes tone and if its bad enough for long enough yiou could get warpped valves. But it has to be really bad for that to happen.

the majority of the time, dealers will try to bang you with no vaseline.
however some treat customers good.
you did buy a chevy at a KIA dealership, so obviously chevy gonna give it to ya, they wanna make money on you for not buying at their store.
get a lawyer, sell the car, and try to start over.

Did you ever test drive the car, a hole in the eshaust should be easier to hear.

And why would anyone in their right mind trade in an SS/SC for a Kia???

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is...

Must be one of those "alternative" spellings.

I can't carfax it , but i can look at GMVIS , which has info on the car's service history threw GM . The Vin isn't working , but if i change 101ap to 1G1AP like most SS/SC's this is what it shows .
