i have a ic on a 2007 cobalt ss lsj and i relized the ic pump went out. i got a zzp ic to replace it but it didnt work and then i checked the fuse it was blown and replaced it and still dosnt work is there anything else that i should check? also how can i tell if a relay is out without having extra ones?

 

You could swap the relay with the AC clutch relay, they should be the same style. Test for voltage at the IC pump connector.

 

so I bought a relay tester and the relay was goo so I went and checked the plug to see if it was getting power and the plug wasn’t getting power. Could it be a wire or something that I don’t know about.
