There is still no excuse for these actions. Customers should not have to wait to be contacted and given the run-around in any way. No matter if they're great guys or not. Take care of your customers. I'm sick of companies like that. We are prompt with payment, return the favor!

but how are they to know if something gets caught up in customs?
they only find out when the customer call and enquires on the item, just like any other busness would. if the tracked all the products they shipped they would need a full time emplayee to check these things.$$
I'm sure hes not trying to give you the run around, there is just nothing he can do about it

If it's stuck in customs there is nothing you can do but WAIT.

I used to ship firewalls to other countries for work and you can ship overnight and get it there but you have to fill out like 3 forms in mega detail, if you just drop it in the mail and it gets stopped. It's stuck for a while

I ordered a cold-air intake from them and it took like 2 months for me to get it. Was def. a shipping problem, I was told from them to contact these people, then those people sent me to contact these other people...Run-arounds ALWAYS suck especially when you're excited bout gettin the part(s). Maybe they need to change carriers...

I ordered CAB 's from J-Body at the end of March (same time I ordered stage 2). 3 weeks later, nothing. I emailed both J-body and Canada Post. I got the generic automatic reply from Canada Post saying that someone would contact me, but I never got even a single reply from J-Body, not even after my 3rd email! Canada Post never officially replied, either, but my order did finally show up nearly 6 weeks later.

I understand the whole customs situation, but it would have been nice if at least SOMEONE would have replied to my incessant emails. I've just learned not to order from them anymore. And my CAB's are still sitting in the box as I haven't been able to find time to get the car in anywhere for installation (I had planned on having them installed along with stage 2 but got tired of waiting for them to show up).

hey I'll give you a great example I ordered Green stuff break pads from TTR in April and was told that I should have them by May 10th, 2 1/2 weeks ago I was finally told they were just shipped and should be at my door within the week. didn't happen, a few days ago I asked for an update and was told that the break were not sent at all and are being held up for a design change.
but you don't see me going around saying TTR's service is ****, that's because I know it's not there fault, and it's outta there hands, maybe you can try a little understanding as well. shipping across the border sometime goes without issues but when a package gets held up it takes forever especially packages entering the US
you dont understand I had to chase these guys from the begining...they already have confirmation that canada post is paying the claim, they are still waiting for the damn check to arrive, this is ridiculous!

well, so far I have finally heard from a manager, who has taken the reins and says that they will be shipping my stuff out asap. Until I receive we will see, but at least it APPEARS I am getting somewhere.
Spooler, I stated a fact their customer service is WEAK! Their responses are always delayed days and I would get a quick message back like wait another week or something....if they took the time to work it out with me it would be better, I am patient I waited a month before this got serious and I had to chase them to get even a tracking number after 2 weeks.

They never sign a email with their name, so you dont know who you are dealing with very unprofessional!

Fact is, money was sent parts were shipped but that was where it ended.
Its like I said to them in a message, the only one losing anything here is me.
JBP got paid, Canada post got paid, I got nothing but a charge on my CC that I paid off already.
