jacking up the back??

jacking up the back??

im painting my calipers and i was wondering where to put the jack to put the rear of the car up... i was thinking right under the trunk but not sure....

definatly not under the trunk... um you can jack up by the rear pinch welds but you need two jacks.... check your owners manual.

i jack it up by that steel framing that runs between the two tires...it looks madd weird...its got circular holes in it n stuff...you can also do it by that ball joint (on the frame!) it looks like a cylinder sort of?

WOW if you don't know how to jack a car up you should definately not be taking your brakes apart to paint them!

Theres no rear ball joints on these cars, Solid rear end. Those cylinder things are your SHOCKS. I hope you havent been wrenching your car much.

And that bar is know as a ladder bar rear axle.

just take the lugnuts off and pull really hard on the wheel and you'll be good to go!!!
