LED for halo

guys I know I'm probably a pain in the ass with all these questions about the projectors, but hey isn't that what forums are for??? anyway...i'm wondering what type of LEDs are in the halos? These are the 1st gen projectors and I have everything hooked up, triple checked my wiring and I still have only one halo working (passenger side high beam) and one set of LEDs (driver's side)...rather than trying to deal with the ebay company on returns and **** (having to pay for shipping to send back) I would like to just replace the LEDs and relays myself. I figure I can just go to radio shack and get all the parts i need for under $50, I just need to know what kind (size, voltage, what am I looking for???). Also am I getting myself into a project that is gonna be a huge PITA??

bump for some help?

I suggest wrapping the little LED's in electrical tape starting just from over the base of the bulb (but not enough to block light) and about an inch or so down the wires. Otherwise just about anything kills them.

are there different kinds of LEDs though? I want to go to radioshack today and see if I can get replacements, but I don't want to pull the whole headlight apart just to check the halo LED

Yup, 194 FTW...

You can get the LED's for about $1/each and the relay for about $5, and then maybe another $10 for wire (that crap is expensive).

is there a specific relay I need? and that 194 is the same for the halo and LEDs above the projector? I'm at the mall now, ready to go to Radio Shack, haha and I didn't bring the car (nice day to be on the bike) so I have nothing to reference
