Maybe get rid of your exhuast?

My car came with a bad exhuast soo they just bolted on a new one! I didn't like how it looked or sounded so I took it off and put a tip and piece of pipe on it in replacement. I think I saved a bit of wait and it sounds good I think?
But it may be illegal where U live soo I don't know? If you were to do this go with something lighter then exhuast pipe.. Maybe titanium? or put your exhuast stickin out of the drivers side in front of the rear wheel?? Would take some work but I know a srt owner who did it and he lost alot of weight!!! Anyways just a thought.. GOOD LUCK

??

I guess its just me but i dont understand why anybody would want to drive there car around looking like they left it parked in a bad part of town. I would never drive around without a spare ive had some flats that a 12v pump would air up and ive had some flats that i couldnt even tell what brand the tire was. A pump wont fix that. I guess to all there own tho. The other day I smoked a spec v sentra and he wanted to pull over and talk it over lol. He showed me how he striped out is car he also showed me he had no spare. After he got done I opened my trunk and showed him that i still had mine plus i showed him my 2 LT1 intakes and my bucket of tiddy cat kitty litter in the trunk.

^^^I agree, I would never want to drive around in a car without rear seats, interior pieces, no ac, etc. The CF is a great idea for weight loss and still maintains a nice looking car, but to drive a stripped out daily driver around would suck in my opinion. But everyone has their own preference and hopefully your able to find parts to help reduce your cars weight and shave some time of the quarter mile. Best of luck.

the rear seats combined weight like 5-10 lb tops...the bar that holds em might be another 3 lbs. The driver/passenger seat are heavy tho..maybe 45lb each...

Nothing looks cooler than an econobox with no interior except for a seat and a wheel that still runs 14s.

Yes...two years later, you can see that cutting weight from the vehicle is still beneficial.
