no lowering for me.... my tires are to big, and will rub on the strut.... like i said all i have is a inch LOL

 

Hey man my friends said the same thing about mine "you shoulda gone bigger" and "they look gay cuz their too small" i lowered it and my frends actually voted my car best ride in school lol

Lowering the car won't make the tire get closer to the strut....if you only replace the springs, it'll just make your strut constantly be slightly compressed....it won't change how close the bottom of the strut tower is to the tire.

I've got my 05 pursuit lowered on 225/45/17's without any issue whatsoever.

Those look good on your car, and a drop would look good to. I understand what you mean about the struts. +rep bud!

 

Just buy the 19's off tirerack.com and then paint the inside black on your own (or have a paint shop do it for ya)
