Question Looking at insurance for a racecar

So i'm looking at buying a track only/ barley street driven hhr SS (no a/c, slicks, etc....)
Whats it called when A car is barley going to be driven on the street for insurance?

The car should have less than 2k miles dirven in a year...

buy a truck and trailer and you wont have to ever drive on the street and then you wont need insurance.

That's genius! Why can't anyone think of that?!?!?

Well, the engine needs to be broken in. unless the car is going to be on a dyno all day simulating driving around town. I'm gonna need it eventually.
