I know a lot of manual noobies worry about shifting correctly but everyones driving style is different so a light is a little pointless. Basically if you want better fuel economy shift at 3k, if you want to go like stink shift just before the redline. That's shifting 101.

I don't know about the pedals you are talking about, I put Tenzo R pedals in my car.
