The side profile really remminds me of a protege 5. Looks like a durango and protege5 had a one night stand and the protege 5 walked out of the durango's life. here is the durango's kid.

At least when the cobalt replaced the cavalier they went with the sporty CAR! uhm that’s replacing the neon!?!?!? wtf its a completely different direction of what the neon was you would think they would come out with at least something that would keep the theme.

nonetheless it looks nice and aggressive

The good news is for SS enthusiast is that whatever the next SRT-4 looks like, based on what I've seen of this platform, it'll be slower... probably by 1/2 a second or more, and have even worse handling...

I'll wait a few years and pick up a Charger SRT-8.
Dude, its comming out at the end of the year. The caliber is not a production car, thank god. Id hate to see SRT fanbois saying their car is better with that...

Yea, I know, and the first year it'll be marked up by every dealer in the country by a bunch. My plan is to pay off some bills, finish paying off the SRT-4 and then pick one up in late 2008 or 2009 (hopefully finding a 2008 model sitting at a dealership willing to deal).

I've got enough toys right now to keep me more than busy .

Word is the caliber will be put into production as soon as January. Also no official word on the next srt-4, but I would assume they will have one by the end of next year. There is another rumor running out there that Dodge will make a Razor or Dart SRT-4 that will be a 2dr 2 seater sportser rear engine/rear wheel drive with the current srt-4 engine.
