Post your vins here.

I just figured since there is a tremendous amount of debate as to what is and what isn't on specific vehicles that I'd throw this little ditty out there.

As a sales-person (gotta be PC) I can look up any GM Vehicle that has been scheduled to be built. Granted, I'm not going to claim that the GM System I use is up to the minute current, but I'm hoping it will solve a few problems here and there.

NOTE: - I am not going to answer questions like "what did the dealer actually pay for the vehicle?" Further, I am not going to post any number other than the MSRP. What you pay for the vehicle is between you and your salesperson, if you want to share that info, you are more than welcome.

For questions on dealership lingo, refer to my post here: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/general-cobalt-68/family-friends-discount-1073/

Otherwise, when you get your VIN, post it here and I will post the option list and/or a portion of the invoice for you to look at.

My order number didn't have a VIN yet. The VIN field was blank on the print out my dealer sent.

Honestly, there's no way I can tell. The actual pieces of paper that each dealership uses are different from dealership to dealership and are only regulated by legal doctrine. We don't use carbon copy sheets here for anything, in fact we print most of our documents from our network.

The three page printout that shows your options and price sounds like an "AutoBook" printout and is a piece of software used to "build" vehicles, not "order" them. So it's probably not on those.

In order to get your order number, just call your salesman and ask.

It looks like the vehicles I can get info on are only the ones that have actually been put into production, I think. Neither of the vehicles that have been posted so far have shown up. Other than that, I don't know.

Sorry bout that.

P.S. I'll still be more than happy once you get your vins.
