powdercoating question

if u get something powdercoated and say they miss a spot or its not smooth? would u have to sandblast it/strip it again and redo it or can you just go over it again?

To do it correctly,I would guess the answer is yes.My wheels did not turn out perfect,so I negotiated the price down to 200 for all 4.I am overall very happy.

The answer was yes to do it correctly they should strip/sandblast it then repowder. What kind of piece is it?Pics?
