pretty bad stall today...

I was driving home from work today, and I have no idea what hit me...

1. I was driving from work, and had the competitive feeling, so I jumped my car to about the 5 RPM mark, and I only have about 300 miles on it, so its not competely broken in....I feel stupid, because I shouldn't be doing this right?

2. I stalled in second gear, and I'm not a beg. driver....which I'm really embarrased about, but the stall shouldn't do anything bad to my car right?

Thanks, and yes, its been three weeks, and I'm still loving it

From my understanding, stalling also helps prevent other bad things from happening.

I've done that before also. Nothing to worry about man. Think about all the people that are learning how to drive stick in these things. Stall after stall after stall. Its not the best for the car, but its not going to cuase any serious damage.
