Unhappy R.I.P Cobalt SS

Well the deal was made today. The cobalt is gone What could replace such a wonderfull car you may ask ::ZIP:: sorry had to putt eh flame suit on. A 2006 jeep liberty renegade. I always wanted a 4x4. Maybe now I can stay out of trouble with tickets. This thing has some ump but no where near what the cobalt had.

Driving this thing shows me just how much the cobalt makes you feel safe at high speeds. Just to test it out I nailed it on the highway and it felt ok but not speeds I could cruise at and feel safe. In the cobalt Iv hit well faster than I did in the jeep and felt the same as going 65 dident feel any different.

So all in all for me this was a smart buy. Even tho I lost a few bucks it will pay off in the long run. Plus the pay out on this loan is like 5 grand cheaper than the cobalt I have no clue how they pulled that off.

Here is a picture of the Cobalt.

Here is the jeep.

Well guys it was fun. But time to go get this thing a little dirty

Well enjoy your new car, I guess.

From the title I thought that you wrecked a Cobalt SS - happy to hear you didn't and that you're okay, lol.

Good luck with your truck. Just make sure you keep an eye out for those vehicles smaller then you, we are not microscopic you know. I know you will enjoy that 4x4 action in the snow, thats for sure, while IM stuck and going no where, you will be flying down the snow covered roads

I love 4x4's, but unfortunatly the state is closing most of the places I used to go 4 wheel. Now I have to drive an hour + to get anywhere off road.

Funny i traded in my 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade for a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Its a great little truck. Sucks bad on gas though.

I rented one of them about 2 months ago and took it out to play in the mountins around Las vegas. It was fun! And that thing realy impresed me. It is more capable off road then you would think.

Nice, but I do not think it was worth the trade! If you were serious about getting a truck you should of bought a real one. To me the Jeep is nice, but its not a Silverado, Tahoe etc...( You probably could of picked one of those up lightly used for a nice price....To each his own! You WILL miss the balt LOL...

Or a Jeep Cherokee. The liberty is a "Fake Jeep" as said by Jeep enthusiasts

No I will not be leaving ss.net. This place is great. I still very much love the cobalt and I cant wait to see what you guys do with them. But as sneak well put it I had a lead foot. Got to many tickets in fact I have 2 court dates this month. Hopefully those go good but anyways.

I love this little suv. I took it out to some trails by my house and in 4x4 it really impressed me. In fact at one point I stopped it and put it in 4x4 lo with the bumper almost resting on this dirt hill With my girlfriend in the passgenger seat going no way your getting up this gave it some gas and up and over I went like no big deal. I mean the hill was small only like 5 foot but it was pretty damn steep.

EndZz The raccoon mod is just how Toronto put it. I hit a damn raccoon lol. The SS I made was one of the SS's off the side of the car that I had after I debadged it. I then took some black vinyl and cut out a chevy emblem using the bowtie that was already there as a template to cover up the holes. I got this idea off fellow memebers here so look around youll see a bunch of em.
