Replace Windshield Wipers

I got new windshield wipers and I cant figure out how to take off the old ones. I see there is a little clip that you can push in but I dont know if that does anything. I push it in and pull on the wiper a little but it doesnt budge. If anyone has changed their wipers before can you help me out?

What kind of blades did you use to replace the stockers?

I got the Rain-X weather-beaters. Most expensive wiper blades they sell at Wal-Mart. Oooooh yeaaaah, lol.

Its funny, I recetly asked 3 friends, all w/ more than 50,000 miles on their cars (all bought brand new) and none of them have replaced their wiper blades, lol.

There should be a diagram on the instructional sheet that comes with the new blades. Its really simple, but hard to describe over the net.
