Screw screws!

Damnit...a 3/4 inch screw found its way into my tire...i noticed it when coming out of a store. The tire was low, but drivable. I took it to my mechanic and he plugged it up for me for 15 bucks...damn screws!

I hate that... I used to do that about every other week in my old car.

I sure hate it when screws hold things together... Screw tires for getting holes and needing to be replaced. Tires are the real enemy here

clips are a pain in the ass and allow alot more things to vibrate loose

If you have an SS/SC, then I wouldn't try testing the top speed. At 145 I'm pretty sure that plug would come out and you'd be a dead man. Patches are better.

I think the plug would be fine, but i dont plan on testing top speed...i've only hit 100mph once in my car, although it is only 1,300 miles old. I don't make speeding too fast a habbit. Plus its a rear tire...helps out a bit on the safety issue...a bit.
