"Seat of the pants" feeling

Hi, I've been searching around for a bit on here and am trying to decide whether to go ss/tc or ss/sc whenever I can buy a car. I'd be doing mostly daily driving and stuff around town and just want a car that's fun to drive—not necessarily looking for top speed or a lot of high-end. Mostly low to mid stuff. I just want to have fun driving around and be able to get that thrown-in-your-seat feeling for the first few seconds when accelerating up to around-town speeds (around 30-50mph). I know it's pretty much unanimous that the ss/tc cars have better handling but it seems like the ss/sc can easily be modified to achieve the same level of handling. I guess a good word for what I'm looking for is zippy. Anyways thought I'd ask and yes I did search around but wasn't able to find the answers I was looking for.

Powell Raceshop parts in my opinion were the best mods I did to the car as far as suspension and handling. Each item, you could 100% feel a difference in. You could make your car quicker in that sense of upgrading the suspension and better tires without even having to touch the motor yet. I had a TVS supercharged car. Although fun, was alot of rodeo fighting the wheel off the line but would put you in the seat for sure.

If you can find a clean low miles SS/SC I'd say go for that because they are cheaper and easier to find then the later Turbocharged models. However if you find a Turbo SS and for a good price and in good shape I suggest you grab it because those are getting harder to find. I looked for a long time in my area for a supercharged or turbo model in my area but couldn't find one so I decided to restore my 07 Pontiac G5 GT and acquired the M62 Supercharger and upgraded all the suspension with Powell parts and other oem SS TC parts. So that is another route you can go but its a much longer and more expensive road to take.
