Security Light On Car Runs

So here is the issue. I was driving the other day and all of a sudden my security light came on and the A/C stopped working. The car will start and run and all systems are normal except the A/C, the security light stays on solid . The blower selector does not work neither does the temperature controll but the blower speed does work. Any ideas? I checked all the fuses and none of them were blown that I could find. Any help would be great!!

Worst case scenario I foresee a TCM issue. When my TCM was acting up on my automatic it would have a similar issue where it would not turn on the AC compressor and also did other things too.

Seen others say their security light will come on. Others lose power steering. And others yet get flickering readouts on temperature readings, fuel economy, etc.

Just an early guess though that there must be a communication issue. check your grounds and look for any loose wires

For anyone researching this issue, my 30amp BCM fuse was not blown however, there is a secondary BCM/HVAC fuse on the passenger side center console. This was the issue and once replaced corrected the issue.
