It's a bit of a blurry picture, but it looks like the gauges turn blue when lighted. Very sweet!

Ooh they have that neat little scrolling display under the tach. Is that how you monitor oil pressure and temp ? If so thats not as cool as an analog guage but it's better than a idiot light.

 

Yeah that scrolling display is the Driver Information Center. In most GM rides it's pretty basic, but in the Malibu it displays outside temp, engine temp, oil pressure and all the stuff that you need. Hopefully the one in the Cobalt can do that too.
