Torque Specs
i was working the other day in my garage talking to a customer telling him that i was about to lower my bros car, he said he wanted to lower his SS and asked me to do so. i like cash so i said sure, anyone know torque specs on the bolts cause my bros had them

for the front:
damper shaft nut = 55
strut to body nuts = 15
strut to steering knuckle = 89
stabilizer bar to strut = 48
for the rear:
top strut bolt = 66
lower = 81
you only have to take one of those off though.

no prob. i would be especially careful with the strut to body nuts, which are the 3 in the engine bay. a 6 year old girl can overtighten and snap them.
i would suggest not even using a torque wrench, use a 1/4" drive and just snug them. i've broken 3 nuts, on different suspension mounts, and to change a suspension mount you have to basically do the same exact thing as installing a spring. it's a pain in the ass.
