Trunk release
use a voltage tester to make sure the power is getting to the wires in the trunk that pop it. if so, check connections. if connections are good, replace the latch.
use your key fob
use your key
keep your back seats down and army crawl to get what you need in the trunk

I need clarification here.
My button doesn't work and I checked the fuse. Don't have the key fob and the physical lock won't turn. I fought to get into my trunk from the back seats and gave up lol. I'm going to bite the bullet and pay to have someone replace the locking mechanism on it.
When it gold into the 20's mine froze and would not release. Said ta heck with it. I didn't need anything out of there when it was this cold anyways lol
Once it warmed up bam she works like a charm.

I have to move my key around a bit to get it to open the trunk. Try lock de-icer and then moving the key a bit in and out while trying to turn.
Also it's pretty easy to pull the panel off that the button is in, then you can check the wiring easy or make sure the button is actually hitting the switch.

I know it's easy to ramble on and understand your own text but from our point of view we can't make out what you're trying to say.
