Just wondering how long most people waited to get their stage 2 from ottp. I ordered my kit a week ago got a confirmation email but havent heard anything from them since. Its not really a big deal just wondering how long it took for anyone who bought the kit from them too

Call them for sure.
I e mailed OTTP a question on the Sway Bar and they never returned my e mail.

 

I mean the 2.8 pulley, 60# injectors, tune and all that

You will get an email saying it's been shipped. Did you talk to them before ordering? I ordered mine in April and got it in the middle of June. Better check to make sure it's not on backorder.

 

Shoot me a pm with the order number and i can look into it for you. Generally thee should not be a wait time but there could be a possiblity that a part was out of stock and that is the hold up.

I got my staged 2 kit from them ordered and shipped over x-mas break last year in about 1 week. Great Company...

 

Yeah its going on 2 weeks tomorrow but ottp got in contact with me so hopefully i get it soon

I had to call them numerous times to see what was going on
if you can get a hold of them! Ask them wtf is going on!
Id never eever!!!! Deal with them again!

You're still waiting on you're kit to be shipped? I bet something is on backorder. Now you will play the very long waiting game... Don't wait for them to call you. Or you will be waiting even longer.

Just got in contact with ottp they answered my first call today said they were waiting on the pulley it should be sent out tomorrow. Cant wait! Thanks ottp

Defoe98 congrats on getting the kit you will not be disappointed. With any tuner car out there, sometimes you have to chase down gremlins. Starting with companies to the actual installment of your parts.

 

Well its now been almost 3 weeks and I still havent gotten a tracking number or heard anything further from ottp. I was told it was going to get shipped out last thursday but still nothing. I feel like I am overreacting a little bit but seeing all the other posts about members have problems with ottp is sketchin me out a little bit.

 

You'll get you're kit. Just when are you going to get you're kit is the problem unfortunatly

 

Well to clear it up Josh messaged me and told me the pulleys did not come in when they were supposed to. They are being delivered today and the latest would be sent out tomorrow. They even offered me a discount on my next purchase for the long wait. Hopefully I get it in by the weekend.

 

I'm having the same problem, ordered three weeks ago and I get the same response,
they don't know when they are getting the TVS.

Blue fox i am starting to change my mind as well. The canned tune is not that the greatest. I need a tuner down here in south florida. Product is good other wise. I am not here to start a war.

 

yeah i'm just bummed out because I have been told twice that they were getting sent out and it gets me hyped but then to see nothing in my emails or any tracking numbers it sucks
