replaced the passenger front strut then the car ripped apart passenger side cv axle turns out the a arm is out by 5mm enough to cause the cv axle to be displaced I haven't taken the wheel off to look at the damage yet that was cause by the cv breaking
Installed My Aeroforce Interseptor Guage. Does it take a few seconds for them to power up? 06 SS. I have it wired to to an external power source and I remembered to remove the jumper.

I've had a brutal time trying to get mine to work right. They now take a few seconds to come on, but occasionally they won't come on at all. I contacted Aeroforce and they said to put a switch in the power cable I ran. Now if they don't come on at start up I just reach under the dash and kill the power to them then turn them back on. Before the switch was installed I would either have to shut off the car and open and close my door and start the car again (I used the sunroof circuit as a source, opening the door killed the power to that circuit) OR, I could reach under the passenger side dash and pull the add-a-fuse then replace it, then the gauges would restart.
Thanks for the input guys. Working great so far. Only bad thing is now I figured out the intercooler pump isn't working properly or at all. Ordered a new one today. IAT2's would sit around 120F.

What is the difficulty?
Do you have a supercharger above your filter? Cause I do.

The only opening I have is going down by the throttle body. I have larger hands though. I have to unscrew a sensor sticking out on the block to pull the filter out.

I finally got around to putting over sized tensioner pulley, 2.8 pulley, new belt and BKR7E's in. I was expecting more than 15psi of boost but I guess with the long tube header, and catless 3in exhaust I shouldn't be surprised.

Well, just got done changing the timing chain balance shaft chain, tensioners and water pump. Had to pull the @%#!! exhaust manifold off to remove the coolant pipe. So I was in the process of installing a new coolant temp sensor today and it slipped out of my hand and right down the down pipe! Now I gotta figure out how to get the damn thing out of there without having to remove the exhaust, as the flange between the down pipe and resonator is rusted tight.
