380 is acceptable I would say. Did you replace the HP Tube that goes between the pump and the fuel rail? Anytime that is removed it is supposed to be replaced. The new pipe is supposed to be lubricated with silicone free lubricant (motor oil) before installing as well per GM repair documents.
Out of curiosity what year is your car? feeling like it should have still been under warranty unless it was an 08 maybe? If you want you can PM me the last 8 of the VIN and I can email you the vehicle warranty history Docs and RPO Vehicle build info in PDF format for you to reference.
Filled up the gas tank

The previous one that just broke (OEM replacement from O'Reilly) was running hotter then stock, probably because it had a heat exchanger in it. This one looks slightly beefier than stock. Time will tell

Main reason I got it is the all aluminum end tanks. That's what broke on the previous two, in the exact same spot too!
Dunno yet, had to interrupt the install because it got dark ;-)

I was really just curious. It seems like it would run cooler and the company does make those claims. For the extra money seems like it would be worth it if the car runs cooler. Mine gets up to 205 to 210 in traffic and hot days which is normal but would like to keep it at 190 to 199. since the head and block are aluminum its too close to the limits for me.
replaced the turnsignal switch and ordered some 80lb injectors...got a job a Kennedy Space Center and turns out they have a gas station on the grounds that sales e85 (only place in central FL ).
As for what happened - I'm not sure yet. :/

Finally finished connecting the switches to my led's yesterday afternoon. After using speaker wire and constantly having them break from the connectors, I decided to find something else a little bit stronger. All we had around the house was old christmas lights so I pulled the good wires off of them and used it. Surprisingly they were really strong and work perfect, A hell of a lot better than the damn speaker wire.
