Not gonna lie. My dad is buying mom a brand new Focus this week(**** I hope it's the hatchback and not the sedan... The sedan is ugly.) and it's really made me want to go test-driving cars that HP tuners supports. I could dig a Camaro. Even a Mustang. Even the V6 of either. I need to get my car detailed before that though. Just in case.

No interest in an LNF Cobalt to be honest. HHR SS maybe, or LDK Buick but probably not another Cobalt lol. I'd really like to touch a Camaro V6s tune inappropriately. Stock motor tunes can lose up to .8 seconds in the quarter according to a tuner on the HPT forum.

Lol don't get me wrong. I like the looks of the cobalt it's just I don't want to trust myself tuning my own car a NA V6 would be way less risk lol and chances are it may be flex fuel. I wish I could afford the 4cyl 2016 but nah. Too much. Maybe I need a better paying job like truck driving or some **** lol.

Got my ZZP stage 3 kit installed, i opt'd for the large stealth Intercooler, 2.8 pulley and dual bypass. The only bitch I have is the install of the stealth heat exchanger it can with no mounting instructions, i ended up figuring oit that you have to put the ac condenser where the mounts for the factory IC goes but damn would have been nice to have had directions. Took me a bit to figure it out, oh and the mounts for the stealth bolt to the front bumper crash bar. Before you guys start bashing i am new to the 4 banger stuff. Have been a Camaro guy for years. And another thing that kinda irritated me was the case relearn thing with one of their computer cores.... What a pain if you dont have a buddy with HP tuners. They really need to put that on their web site.

to lose almost a whole second is doubtful on a stock car, just messing with a stock tune..

in reality how many times is that going to happen? who knows the comparison, considering the car was 3 years old at the point of tuning. too many variables. but in my mind, I doubt losing .8 of a second on a TUNE only, no tires, or anything.

If you figured out the L61, you'll be able to with the LNF. There are much better guides and a lot of info over on the hptuners forum

The guy rented the dyno for a whole day. Those times are from the same dyno, same everything, and same day. You'd be surprised what a tune can do, especially with vvt. Someone added 70whp to a bone stock LDK in an ATS also.

Again, really wouldn't buy another Cobalt. Maybe an HHR turbo but those are hard to find. I'd really like a brand new car if I'm going to get a car. I would probably keep my G5 since it ain't worth much. Turn it into my drag car and design that m90 adapter.

I'll get it eventually. I need an M90. The guy before had an MP90, which is completely different. I'm determined though!!!
