What Have You Done To Your Cobalt Today?
Look at the bottom of this pic. It's a 07+ but the light is in the same place. Even if you don't have the light, I'd imagine the wiring is still there. I don't have fog lights but the wiring is still there, same with a bunch of stuff.
I have an after market radio lol. I'll figure it out I can do that part at work. I'm able to get full wiring diagrams. Thanks tho. I just want this part done so in a few months I can take a bunch of **** apart again to get the head ported. I guess with this modding **** once you start you just keep doing it. 300whp on a stock blower and I'll be satisfied.
That's about what I'm looking for. Ported my own head, shaved it .030", maybe throwing in some stage 2 cams. All on a 2.2L. It's gonna be a while though. Savings comes first.
I have a 2.0L 2006 ss/sc
I'm going from my 2.7 to a 2.9 cuz it gets too hot i have 60# injectors and a tune from ottp.
Hopefully by next weekend I'll have the dual pass, option b,connected to my h/e and intake and supercharger back on. And the wideband and aeroforce gauge hooked up.
I had it dynoed with the 2.7 60# inj with h/e and ottp tune and was only 238whp/226wtq.
After this round of cooling mods and gauges I'm going to get it tuned by my cousins buddy who has HP tuners and does a lot of his own tuning then get it dynoed again and see where I'm at. Then ( I live in Wisconsin) winter will be here and I'll be pissed for 8 months lol

Is the wiring harness for aftermarket radios some kind of special treasure? I've checked a few wal-marts and they had the dash kit but not the harness. Is this something I need to order or what store should carry it?
not the pacs harness just the stereo harness.

06, base stereo. I don't care to keep the steering wheel controls. I don't use them anyway. I was hoping there was a store I could go to and get one.
or if I could get a black factory radio with the aux port I would be ok with that too.

Yea I just read some of the audio FAQ and it made sense about a few things. I was trying to retain the factory look stereo but I want aux ports too. I may just decide to go another route with the stereo...
I'm sitting here wondering if I want to dump a ton of money into a 2.8pulley SC build on this car or just sell my 2.8, put the stock pulley back on, and have fun on E47 so I don't have to dump a grand($$$$$$$$$$$$$) into forged rods and pistons. It'll at least have a ported head with upgraded springs anyway.
Picked up some goodies this weekend...
- M62 w/ 2.6 zzp pulley
- LSJ intake manifold
- LSJ throttle body
- 60# injectors w/ harness
- Stage 2 belt
- Dual gauge pod
- Upper radiator hose
Arriving this week...
- Heat exchanger
- Option B
- Interceptor
I might just have to start my own SC build/swap thread.
