Had the PDR guy remove the dent in my door. Can't tell it was dented.

Damned fat old ladies in minvans!

 

All I have to say is

 

No worries, it will be done today. Funny thing is that when they were under the impression I was paying for the repair it was going to be done in two days. When I dropped the bomb that the motor is under warranty everything has been taking three times as long. Yesterday they started it up, and magically the pulley tensioner broke. Just seems like they are looking for things to charge me for, or their mechanic didn't put it back on right. Needless to day I WILL NOT be going back to that dealership, I have had bad experiences with them before, but not like this.

 

I forgot to ask, do you work at one of the dealerships?

 

I'm pretty sure Sarah is corporate since she deals with many dealerships across the country.

 

She hasn't posted on her facebook page in 2 weeks! get with it Sarah! :stalker:

 

Be sure to post an update on how everything's running once you get your car back today. I can still look into things if you're not satisfied with the repair.

As far as where I work from, I don't work at a dealership but rather what is basically a call center (only I'm on the computer).

i cleaned off about 20 spots of blue paint on my trunk and rear bumper. thank you to the random person who decided to do that!
