tossed on my ls4 throttle body today. i was actually impressed, it made a big difference in the car. sure the throttle is a bit more touchy, but it got rid of my terrible cold start problems i could never seem to track down. its kinda funny, feels like its got another 20 or 30hp, even though i know it might have 5hp. although it appears to run about a half point leaner afr now.

then later i changed the plugs and installed my zzp coils. that further helped the idle issue. one being new plugs (old ones were 30k km on them) and the other being im running .038 gap instead of .032. no spark blow out. i seem to remember spark blowout with my 2.85" pulley at .038, back when i ran that. now im running a 2.7.

I really liked the scenes with x-wings or tie fighters. They really made them look cool and had interesting angles.

Wasnt into the new star wars. I didnt like how they pretty much just copied alot of the main plot points of a new hope. Plus there were various other things i wont go into detail about for those who havent seen it.

The zzp coils make a nice difference. I've been running them for over a month now.

Increased spark plug gap, smoother idle, and stronger throttle response.

If that's the case, they should help ya out. Not sure what the stock lnf gap.

A larger gap has a lot of benefits.

The stock lsj gap is 0.035". I was down to 0.031" with the stock coils, and now I'm at 0.036" with the zzp coils. Nice difference.

I could prob run 0.037"-0.038" but it is cooler up here in NEPA, and when I tested 0.039" I had some blowout at 7500 rpm on a 38 degree day.

i run ngk bkr7e plugs. run them since i bought the car in 07. just change them once a year.

the coils wont really help much with horsepower. all they allow you to do is run a larger plug gap, and that will help with getting a more complete burn. as mentioned, this will help with idle quality and throttle response. both are things we likely didnt notice were degraded because we always just pay attention to the power gains when we do our mods.

i also got the coils on black friday special. i likely wouldnt have bought them at full price before experiencing the change. now im waiting for the lnf coils to be released cause i want a set for my porsche
