yup. as long as the battery is out when your are putting plugging it in its pretty easy.

 

Replaced the plugs with NGK Iridiums and the battery with a Partsource Magnapower AGM Group 78 (OEM'd by Exide - it's actually an Exide Edge Flat Plate AGM battery).

Somebodies springs, rack spacers, and fabrication stuff for tablet/head unit project all showed up today!

 

ive used them before. no complaints. i would check classifieds and pm mongorat first

 

Began designing an engine cover for someone. It will eventually be carbon fiber

 

Cleaned it but it's dirty again because of driving it

 

Changed the cabin air filter. Old one was full of some nastyness

 

Plastidipped the front to see if i like it. If i do im gonna clean it off and actually paint!

Should i black the emblems out?

 

That makes me want to paint my front bumper lol

On today's news.....my struts and shocks came in, gonna try and assemble them at work this week so next weekend I can just swap them on! Got mew strut mounts and everything, with a set of ottp lowering springs

Installed my TurboXS RFL

 

I started to clear 3 sets of wasp nest carbon headlight covers today. Also started screwing around with a radio delete panel.

 

Yesterday I assembled my new struts with my Ottp springs... This weekend they are going on! I simply cannot wait to see how the car feels with all the suspension goodies going on

 

Your gonna be pumped! After I lowered my car and put a rear sway bar on, boy I fell in love with my car all over again lol

 

New fe5 front struts, new Koni yellow rears, new Ottp lowering springs, new control arms with Ottp bushings, new moog wheel bearings, and new outer tie rods... Also gonna get some new tires and an alignment once I get all that on, looking at the Michelin pilot super sports....

And the weather looks to be good too! If all goes according to plan this weekend will be epic!

 

I pretty much did the same thing except i did the entire steering rack and intermediate shaft. Car felt completely different after the springs, lcab, tcab, and rack. Steering is on point now.
