I'm still waiting to go to my dealership in Montreal where I bough my car. Hopefully they can order it. And then my father says I get rebates since he worked for GM

Just pointing out the obvious thats all, never said the prices where good. ;-) but then again everyone that went to the dealer to buy the car there in the first place got ripped off, Depreciation is pretty high on any GM car unless its a corvette, even then.

Not me, I manage a collision center in Texas and bought my 06 ss/sc from the Chevy dealer we get our parts from. I get 45% off of the list price for parts on my own personal car and I only paid $18,345 for my car. Then again, I do buy about $60,000 a year in parts from them

I've found that some of the cheaper GM parts sellers charge more for the shipping so you end up paying same -- or more.

This is one of the best sites to look for accessories and maintenance parts:

what does crateenginedepot.com charge for shipping could'nt find it on there site maybe I'm blind lol. I agree about the shipping like I said earlier gmpartsdirect takes you to the cleaners on shipping. The last thing I ordered from gmpartsland I paid $9.95 for shipping didnt think that was too bad????

I just received an appearance package, magnetic bolts, and some seals sent 2-day UPS for $8.95. Call CED before you buy -- they'll quote you prices. They've been extremely helpful to me when looking for items -- and when I have questions.
