guys i am posting the link frmo chevy.com. there is not cobalt ss even listed for 08. i am not sure if it means it just isnt listed yet or if it wont ever be. there has been way too much stipulation from people about all kinds of stuff, turboed 08s, you name it. but there is no mention of an 08 ss. there is however an hhr turbo on there. also think alot of people might have already visited chevys site but i figured i would put it up anyway

The 08 Cobalt is a Sport model. There is no SS...

 

the 2.4 ss is called the sport. we've known for about a year that the ss/sc was discontinued.

There is no HHR SS either. However, I know of a confirmed order number for one.

Rumors are fun anyway. At least harmless ones.
